“Our once great western Christian civilization is dying. If this matters to followers of Jesus Christ, then we must set aside our denominational differences and work together to strengthen the things that remain and reclaim what has been lost. Evangelicals and Catholics must stand together to re-establish that former Christian culture and moral consensus. We have the numbers and the organization but the question is this: Do we have the will to win this present spiritual battle for Jesus Christ against secularism? Will we prayerfully and cooperatively work toward a new Christian spiritual revival ― or will we choose to hunker down in our churches and denominationalisms and watch everything sink into the spiritual and moral abyss of a New Dark Age?” - Mark Davis Pickup

TRADITIONAL FAMILY VICTORY AT THE U.N.

Center For Family & Human
Rights Rights President
Austin Ruse
I received an email this morning from the Center for Family and Human Rights (C-Fam) at the United  Nations in New York. C-Fam President Austin Ruse addressed a resolution supporting the traditional family that was passed by a UN Council for human rights. Apparently sex activists at the UN were not pleased.[1]  Ruse wrote:

"The pro-family resolution that passed recently at the UN Human Rights Council is the gift that keeps on giving. We report today on the angry response from the sex activists. Did I say they were angry? Read for yourself. They hate the family because it is “oppressive and patriarchal.”  Totalitarians throughout history have always tried to destroy the family because the family is the best and most natural protector of the innocence of children. The sex activists can’t abide that. They want at our children."

For defenders of the traditional family, we can celebrate this small victory for the traditional family. We must be vigilant and resolutely defend what we believe, not only for our children and grandchildren but posterity.

Thank you Austin Ruse for your tireless work for faith and family.
