“Our once great western Christian civilization is dying. If this matters to followers of Jesus Christ, then we must set aside our denominational differences and work together to strengthen the things that remain and reclaim what has been lost. Evangelicals and Catholics must stand together to re-establish that former Christian culture and moral consensus. We have the numbers and the organization but the question is this: Do we have the will to win this present spiritual battle for Jesus Christ against secularism? Will we prayerfully and cooperatively work toward a new Christian spiritual revival ― or will we choose to hunker down in our churches and denominationalisms and watch everything sink into the spiritual and moral abyss of a New Dark Age?” - Mark Davis Pickup

Caring For Haiti's Orphan's

http://www.gofundme.com/vvqtt8

My wife, LaRee, has volunteered to help at a Christian orphanage in Haiti. During July, she will comfort, care, feed and tend to the needs of children who have nothing and nobody to care for them.

LaRee is a skilled seamstress and sewing teacher so in addition to ongoing care of children she will be mending and making clothes and teaching orphans how to make their own clothing (an important 3rd World skill) that will serve them well to cloth and support themselves. The Edmonton store CENTRAL SEWING has donated sewing machines that must  be shipped to the orphanage in Haiti prior to LaRee's arrival at the end on June (another cost). If you would like to help sponsor her mission trip by making a donation, click on the link above.

Thank you for any support.

Mark

(Any unused funds will be given to Hands Across The Sea orphanage.)
